Most frequent questions and answers
Non-custom items will ship in 1-5 business days. However, if you have a custom album or product within your order, the turnaround time is 5-10 business days.
If you order from Canada, your items will ship from Abbotsford, BC. If you order from the US, your order will ship from Bellingham, Washington.
Our pages are silicone coated and slippery so that the stickers can be applied, re-applied and taken of the pages without ruining the stickiness of the stickers.
Most stickers work with these pages, as they are the same material that sticker sheets and sticker backings are made of. However, please note that not ALL kinds will stick. The pages are flexible, so naturally, stiff/harder stickers won’t bend with the page when bent.
Yes! We love doing this and our customers have the BEST ideas! So many of our custom requests end up being a style that we add to our website because we love how much they come out! You can order yours here!
Please email us your ideas and we will get back right away to let you know if it is something we can make for you. Please remember that we cannot use other logos (unless it’s yours and you own it), licensed characters, etc due to copyrights. But there are times we can do inspired books, which represent what you’re wanting but do not infringe on copyrights.
Once we’ve chatted and all is good to go, we will direct you to order your custom book on the site and put in the notes the ideas we chatted about. Then, we will work on your design and send you a draft where you can then approve or offer feedback. We will make sure you love it before finalizing and making your book!
Yes! If you just want us to jot a note and include it in your order, please leave this in the notes box in the checkout area.

If you just placed your order, but realize it had your old shipping address, or you forgot to add a product to your order, etc. Email us right away and we will fix it for you! st***************@gm***.com
